We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers.
We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
We handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 14 days’ notice for any cancellations.
There is no risk in joining.
Cancelling the Membership prevents your payment method from being charged at your next billing date.
Any cancellation requests during promotions (including free 121 coaching session with Sam) are only available after the first 3 months have been completed (and paid).
